This policy applies when Boonville Grown begins offering downloadable planners, notebooks, checklists, guides, or other digital products through an external checkout provider.
No product is available for purchase unless a product page displays a price and an active checkout link. The product description, file format, included pages, compatibility notes, and any product-specific terms shown at checkout form part of this policy.
Payments will be processed by an independent, secure storefront or payment provider; BoonvilleGrown.com does not collect or store full payment-card details. Delivery is normally made by download link or email after successful payment. Buyers are responsible for entering a working email address and saving a backup copy.
Unless a product page says otherwise, one purchase grants one individual a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for personal use. Files may be printed for the purchaser’s household. They may not be shared, resold, redistributed, uploaded to shared drives, modified for resale, or used to create competing products.
Because digital files can be accessed immediately, completed digital purchases are generally final and nonrefundable, except where required by law or stated otherwise at checkout. If a file is corrupt, incomplete, materially different from its description, or not delivered, contact Boonville Grown within 14 days of purchase with the order email and a description of the problem. A reasonable attempt will be made to replace or correct the file.
Colors, margins, and scale vary by screen, printer, paper, and settings. Digital garden resources are educational tools and do not promise a particular harvest, income, or result. The buyer is responsible for confirming that the listed format works with their device and software before purchase.
A purchase includes only the version and updates expressly described on the product page. The external storefront’s checkout, payment, delivery, tax, and privacy terms also apply. If those terms conflict with this policy on a matter controlled by the provider, the provider’s terms govern that matter.
