Affiliate disclosure
Boonville Grown may earn money from certain links or partnerships. This page explains how those relationships will be identified without changing the price you pay.
Clear, nearby disclosure
A disclosure will appear close to the recommendation or link—not only on this page. Typical wording will be: “Affiliate link: Boonville Grown may earn a commission if you purchase through this link, at no extra cost to you.” Video disclosures will be included in the video when reasonably possible as well as in accompanying text.
Sponsored and gifted products
Paid partnerships, sponsored content, free products, discounts, or other material relationships will be identified clearly using plain language such as “Ad,” “Sponsored,” or “Gifted by [brand].” A platform’s built-in label may be used in addition to—not instead of—a clear disclosure in the content.
Editorial independence
Compensation does not guarantee favorable coverage. Boonville Grown will not claim to have used a product that has not been used, and will not knowingly make unsupported performance or health claims. Prices, availability, and product details can change; confirm them with the seller before purchasing.
Current status
This policy establishes the standard for commercial recommendations as the Journal grows. A link that is not marked as affiliate, sponsored, or gifted should not be assumed to create compensation.
